This is an OPEN BID AUCTION...bona fide written bids may be submitted by in person, at the property, or by fax, or by e-mail. All bids must include a mortgage pre-approval letter or proof of funds for cash purchase, in order to be accepted and posted in the property and on this website. (See Auction Guidelines page on this site)
Bids will be posted under Bidders Code Name, in the property and right here on this site, under "Auction Bids".
All bidders must have visited the property and registered, prior to entering a bid.Bona fide written bids will be accepted up until 6 p.m. on ____________. At about 7 p.m., all bidders will be called, beginning with the highest bidder, and each will be given an opportunity to increase their final bid. The highest bidder will then have two days to complete a Contract for Purchase, or the Seller will go on to the next highest bidders, until a Contract is promptly completed.
