In this Auction, the Seller will not accept less than the Minimum Acceptable Bid published above. This is not a reserve Auction. In a reserve Auction, the Seller reserves the right to reject all bids, and not sell to anyone. There is no Buyers premium. In some formal Auctions, the Buyer pays as much as 10% over and above the Selling price as a "Buyers premium", which is actually the Auctioneers fee for service and marketing.
Successful bidder will have two days to complete an "As-Is" with Right to Inspect" Contract, on mutually acceptable terms. See Auction Guidelines for full rules of the Auction. Sorry, no Cooperating Broker fee during the auction period, 10/13-15.
